What is Energy Healing Exactly?

Energy healing can be understood if you think of a radio. You want to listen to a specific radio station so you turn on the radio. You press the power button to on.

Then you find the station you want by turning the dial and the antenna picks up the frequency of the station you are looking for.

The Reiki Practitioner is 'attuned' like an antenna to pick up particular energetic frequencies.

These radio frequencies are carried through the antenna and into the radio.   So, the energy from the 'attuned ' Reiki Practitioner is channeled through them and received by the client whether the client 'believes' in the process or not.

Just as one does not need to understand or believe in radio waves to receive the benefits from them - ie great music! - one does not have to believe in or understand the Reiki Frequency to receive the healing benefits from it.

When the Reiki begins to do its job, it manifests as beautiful music and the results are the sound of that music in the physical world to be heard by all ears that will listen to it.
